Comcast rant
In the past month, since the advent of Comcast, my cable box has told me
that I needed to contact the cable provider because of my account, the
account was fine they told me the box was trash, I had to bring it to the
cable company myself for replacement. 3 weeks later guess what, same
message on the new box....this time Comcast "fixed" the problem on their
end....tonight, I turn on for war coverage and a new message, L-01. I
call Comcast and they say, oh the box is downloading new information give
it a half hour, if that doesn't work unplug if for ten minutes, if that
doesn't work call us back......what's next. put it in a paper bag, stand
on the porch and swing it over my head chanting Comcast is great and
good? I have also heard that Comcast is moving operations from Lowell
to Manchester NH, so if I need to replace this box is it going to involve
a road trip?
Bigger is better.....keep chanting....bigger is better......bigger is
better......bigger is better
