Can't Touch This...

I guess it's just a rite of spring or something.  Just drove by an AM
tower and saw some kids playing in the area.  Curious what would be the
effect of someone grabbing onto the radiator?  I've been there when
painters "hop" onto the tower to climb up, without feet touching as they
grab the tower.  Also does is there any difference in "harm" between, say,
a kilowatt and a 50?

Btw, the blue lights that drove by seemed to send the truants scurrying.
