I don't remember any pro-war rock songs, but I do know that the top 40 stations had no
problem playing Barry Sadler's "Ballad of the Green Berets" or Senator Dirkson's "Our
Gallant Men." Both got a lot of air play and did rather well on the charts, as I recall.
