Does anyone know

I always considered it to be the annual proof of performance that the
smart technician types handled. After 20 years, I can attest that they
use devices like whozits, wuzzats, some flanges, duck tape, bendix
spring from a '36 Ford, guages, meters, and Jack Daniels.
