For what?  For expressing his opinion of Savage?  Not for refusing to give a prescription, 
since the doctor did give the prescription.  If doctors are to get in professional trouble for 
writing illegible prescriptions, there won't be many left.

What she should do is go back to the doctor and ask for a legible prescription.
