Was ABC the only network to carry the Pres' speech? I
flipped around a little and didn't see it anywhere
else... Not that it was super major breaking news...
Actually, according to Peter Jennings, ABC was never
even told what it was about. Just that the Pres was
going to speak and "it would be in their best interest
to carry it". Ahhh... Vagueries and surprises...
