You cover the news,  you worry about the cost later.  If you want first
hand coverage you need to have people you know and whos judgement you
trust there.  You could pot up the network but that's kinda the problem
now isn't it.  Most stations pot up the network and let someone else make
the calls for them.   Yep, it's gonna be very expensive....worth it? 
Only if you are serious about letting the American public know what is
going on...you decide.
