I heard a mention of the fire on WRKO at 1 am (via
ABC News). Right now New England Cable News is
simulcasting WPRI-TV 12's coverage. Apparently a Ch.
12 reporter was at the club videotaping a report on
"the club scene" and caught images of the
pyrotechnics. According to the reporter, Brian
Butler, "some people started heading out right away
but others thought it was part of the show," etc.
The latest word is 10 are dead, 60 injured.
And yes, Ch. 12 (via NECN) did just report as well
that the guitarist is unaccounted for.
The station is saying that the band
