Citadel put WHOM's programming on 93.9 WCYI Lewiston last night because 94.9
was off the air.  They have apparently gone back to that arrangement because
the temporary arrangement on 94.9 has been shut down by the FCC.  Citadel
usually simulcasts WCYY's Alternative Rock programming on 93.9 Lewiston and
94.3 Biddeford.
