A lot of time that "all being done for them" attitude
from the companies(MSN and AOL) infuriates business
people and other people who use the internet for
applications other than just email and "surfing".  For
instance, if you are using a newer version of MSN(web
email) there's a tonne of steps required to configure
Joe Businessman's Outlook(not express) to work
correctly.  The first step that Joe would have to got
through is convincing the Tech Support Engineer that
he NEEDS to have pop3 email back.  This is especcially
dificult when it's against policy to do so...
