She was the original Fannie in the spots when Frugals started 
advertising on radio. Then they decided to update their image a few 
years back and introduced Fannie & Fannie Jr. spots with the two in 
conversation. The latestone is supposedly the "real" Fannie - the 
founder & president of the firm.
