RE: Herald: another effort to syndicate Howie Carr

This is terrific news for affiliates! We're receiving Howie's show from the
WEEI Starguide Channel and once in a while we find ourselves broadcasting
Boston Eagles Sports events in the last hour of his show. WEEI apparently
is the flagship for Boston Eagles and yanks the plug on Howie at 6:35 or
6:40PM on game nights to feed the BC games.

Other than that, We've had terrific luck with Howie, both in ratings and
support from him and his staff.

Chris

Subject: Herald: another effort to syndicate Howie Carr

An article by Dean Johnson in today's Herald says that
a company named SuperRadio has signed on to
nationally syndicate WRKO's Howie Carr Show (which
currently airs on 24 stations, mostly in New England).
Previously, ABC Radio Today syndicated him but I
believe they dropped him, so 'RKO/Entercom must have
stepped in to keep the Howie network going...
