RE: Globe on Sean McD

Here Here! John Kennedy is a GREAT guy and terrific Engineer and has been a
BIG help to us here in Springfield when it comes to issues relating to Games
and other shows we take from them. Entercomm's Board Ops are BUSH-LEAGUE at
best and the tone issues that plague us throughout the season are
disastrous. So much so that we actually STOPPED automating and brought in a
board-operator. Depending on the calibre of the Board-Op though, it may be
good, it may be bad. Kinda like the Sox themselves.

Can't say I'd shed many tears. Entercom has done a miserable job as Sox
flagship, especially from a standpoint of affiliates that automate the
games. It's a rare game when the board op at WEEI doesn't screw up the
automation tones (tones where there weren't supposed to be tones, no tone
where there was supposed to be one, wrong tones) and make affiliates sound
bad. The ONLY person there who seems to give a damn is CE John
Kennedy...if I get ahold of him we'll have a handful of games without
mistakes, but it never lasts. No one else even bothers to return calls.
