RE: Dead FM Broadcasting Technologies
In the late 80s we got a Fischer stereo that had DOLBY
NR on it. I remember that, to my ears, it made the
signal sound muffled. So I always made sure that it
was turned off. Maybe that was the highs being
filtered out to remove some of the hiss?
