Revolving Door

It was announced yesterday that Donna Gormley, who
left Bangor's WLBZ earlier this year to become
Communications Director for John Baldacci's successful
gubernatorial campaign, will return to the anchor desk
at WLBZ.  The women who was flacking for the new
Governor before the election will now be reading news
stories covering the Governor.  

I know there are many, many examples of the revolving
door between politics and journalism but going from
anchor to flack and back to anchor within one year is
stunning.
