Ooh...Judges appointed by Dems and GOP say no to Libertarian/Green
involvement.

Should anyone be surprised? The 2 parties are going to do all in their power
to prevent the other parties from gaining a foothold and write laws
specifically to do this.

I'm only surprised that the 1 party state of MA hasn't written laws to
require GOP candidates to jump through extra "hoops" to gain ballot access.

I figure if the dems get control of everything and tom finneran sees an immediate benefit to him, it will happen.  look what they did to their salaries.    Now Romney is proposing 2 additional debates that would include the other candidates.  It'll be interesting to see whether these debates will get any coverage to speak of.
