Digital TV

Did anyone else see the discussion of Digital TV this
morning on CSPAN's Washington Journal?  They are
replaying it now (6 PM).  An interesting discussion. 
The gentleman from the Consumer Federation of America
makes a pretty compelling case that the cost outweighs
the benefits of the transition, though I think it is
too late for such a debate.
