Radio People Dinner - 99 Restaurant, Cambridge, Friday 8/30

Hi all,

The time and place for the NERW/b-r-i RadioPeople Dinner has been 
finalized. To respond to some of the suggestions made
here earlier:

*I'd love to do it a few weeks later in conjunction with the WBRS move - 
but the reason I'm coming to Boston when I am is
for a family wedding, the date of which has long been set and can't be changed.

*I'd love to try to do it Saturday or Sunday, but there's that family 
wedding thing again...I'll be busy both nights.

So that leaves us with Friday, August 30. I've spoken to the nice folks at 
the 99 Restaurant at 220 Alewife Brook Parkway,
a hop, skip and a jump from the Alewife Red Line station. They'll be happy 
to accomodate us. I have promised them a
more-or-less final count by Thursday afternoon, so PLEASE e-mail me as soon 
as possible to let me know you'll be there.
We'll order off the menu, which you can even check out ahead of time at 
www.99restaurants.com.

The dinner will start around 6:30. Bring radio memorabilia, pictures, 
stories, what have you - it should be a fun evening!
