0.700-WCAT On (Higher Power?) // "Oldies 99-9"

I thought I've read somewheres around here that WCAT had already come
on (I hadn't heard it anywheres here on the North Shore, day or night),
but "Oldies 99-9" came blasting in on 0.700 last night--at first I
thought WLW might have been airing their 99.9 sister station (being at
work and not knowing IF they had a 99.9 sister) as it sounded like a
big city station, but then WLW came seeping through later on, and the
likely scenerio became either a station was running daytime
power/pattern or St. John NB was firing up again.
Then, this morning, when I got home I checked and--sure enough--"Oldies
99-9" was weakly in, strengthening the St. John suspicion, until a
commercial break mentioned "Orange", "in Massachusetts" and "home of the
New England Patriots".
I believe they may have come on (upped power?) sometime between
10:30-12:40 last night.
