Sounds like Maestro.  It will do 'most everything you need it to do, but 
the execution is very clunky.  Not a very well thought out product from an 
end-user's standpoint.  We have it in one of our stations and getting it to 
work the way you want it to can be a very frustrating experience.  To 
Computer Concepts' credit, it has improved dramatically since Scott Studios 
bought the company, but it still has a long way to go imho.
