Has the Iraqi invasion started?

Hi all, 

Don't mean to whig anyone out because this is fourth hand, but a friend of mine said a friend of his from the midwest caught part of a radio talk show with a host named "Bloomfield" [sound familiar?] who had a female reporter from the BBC saying that the war against Iraq began covertly this morning. She said that British and US troops were paratrooped over in C-135s and supposedly succeeded in taking over three bases and destroyed a Chinese-based air defense system.

Has anyone heard anything about this? I have gone to BBC, AP, UPI, and Reuters' Web sites and nothing has been filed. 

If I find out anything, I will post later but if anyone knows of any shortwave radio news shows, I would appreciate a heads up.
