Before you firm up Jasper's check out the newgroup ne.food - Summer Shack
gets HORRID reviews from virtually everybody that tries it!  I find it
overpriced, loud, and food quality just one step BELOW the old Buzzy's ( and
I said so in a recent review I did on it).  Alewife traffic around 6 is
pretty bad too.
Getting in there in any large group on a Friday or Saturday would seem to be
next to impossible.  Some of the postings have said that they don't even
welcome large groups on the weekend - the average wait (according to the
postings) seems to be 1 - 2 hours.

How about something more in the 'burbs since most list members don't seem to
live in the city per se anyway. Being Labor Day weekend I would recommend
staying away from anything tourtisty or anything near a college or
university (moving in weekend).
