Enforcement of the obscenity/indecency statue falls to the FCC, according to Congress, the body that created the FCC.  If you don't like it, take it up with Congress.  The FCC is doing what it's supposed to be doing.

Again, they are enforcing the law of the land, as they have been mandated to do by Congress.
