Re:Complaint Filed With FCC Over Opie & Anthony's Latest Stunt

It's highly unlikely that the Commission will revoke
WNEW's license. The FCC rarely revokes licenses,
especially those who are owned by big corporations
like CBS/Infinity. They may get a "slap on the wrist"
and a nice little FCC fine. At the most, maybe
$10,000. Chicken feed for Infinity. It's cheap
publicity. It's no skin on their back. People will
still listen to them and still easily absorb any loss.
It's a joke. The lawyers would handle it all. The
FCC gets their fine and all is well with the world.
Don't you just love it.
