This seems kinda close to CKDU's mighty 33 watts on 97.5.  I should 
mention, CKDU gets out much better than one would expect for that 
amount of power.

Probably to be the French compliment to the English language TIS 
that's already there.  Although the bridge isn't really in 
Charlottetown, the PEI end is still about a 45 minute drive to C'town.
