RE: WKXL Sale

Oh...and remember....there's 100,000 people in Manchester vs 40,000 in
Concord.....and between all of Bedford, all of Londonderry and most of Derry
being 10 miles or less from Manchester, there's a total of 175,000
population in the immediate Manchester area, between 2 and 3 times as many
as inside 10 miles of Concord, so even if the signal strength and proximity
of co-channel interference were identical for a Manchester station as for
WKXL, the Manchester station would still be worth at least 2x the money...if
not 3x.

WGIR is probably worth much more, being low on the band...(though WFEA
beating them in the Spring ratings still amazes me....must have been a big
"older folks" diary hit this last time around)
