I've found that those with the least to say and fewest people who want to 
hear it are often those who scream the loudest about needing a radio 
station.  This is not exclusive to religious outfits by any stretch.  Hell, 
several of the stations I've worked for are/where like that.

Anyways, it's WVFA 90.5FM with 7 watts, COL is Lebanon, NH and it's only a 
CP, not a full-service license yet.  Interestingly, the FCC has issues a 36 
month (3 year) CP, not the usual 18 month one (issue date is 
2/9/2001).  Although these days it seems so many stations are asking for CP 
extensions maybe they finally just started issuing longer CP's.   BTW - 
does anyone know if the freeze on new & major-change FM applications was in 
effect yet at 2/9/2001?  I thought it was?
