were you early for an appointment because of this?  did

for what it's worth: the listening audience was 
certainly not late for anything this morning thanks to 
the efforts of Herb and Mark.  i applaud them.  
(clapping noises here.)

i know life is short enough, and maybe those three 
minutes mean much.  but in the big picture and scheme 
of things...???

to quote the room full of 18 year olds reading your 
post over my shoulder:  "lighten up."  (and yes, i have 
told them that in the coming years when they seek legal 
counsel for whatever reasons it might be you.) ;-)
