Are you sure that's WRBB?  As in, you've heard call letters or some other 
equally positive identifier?  Belmont Center is WAY outside WRBB's 60dBu 
contour and I would think it very tough to receive around there.   Maybe if 
there's a hill or something throwing a shadow for WBOQ on the Belmont 
Center area, allowing WRBB to sneak in.

I know these maps aren't terrible accurate, but still - Belmont Center is 
barely inside the 40dBu contour...
