Yes, for the overnights WERS runs dead carrier with the exception of an 
automated legal ID at the top of each hour.   It's for their subcarrier 
subscribers.

The fact that they do this means they have the ability to run music 
unattended during the night, so it's always perplexed the hell out of me 
why they don't repeat an earlier show or just run a voicetracked 
playlist.  Or even just a non-voicetracked playlist.  ANYthing...
