WCVT (101.7 Stowe)

What's the power increase WCVT is referencing in print ads?  It says
something about "5 times the power" but what's the read deal?  They
do seem to come in a bit better in lower Champlain valley area
(signal has to make it from Stowe and across the mtn.)  Havn't taken
the signal on the road yet.  The only full-time classical option in
the state that I know of. It buys a voice-tracked feed from WCRB, so
the voices are familiar to this flatlander.
