The "sight and sound" is attractive, but what are the ratings for these basic
cable channels?  Many ROS spots on channels like MSNBC or USA have ratings of
far less than 1.0.  Translate that to cable households in Fitchburg, and you
are talking about AQH not in thousands or even hundreds, but dozens.  

Advertisers might not get this right away, because it's powerful stuff to see
their TV commercial right next to some "national network" promo.  As you say,
that is a business fact of life, but with all those cable viewing choices,
viewers are spread very thin.
