WMVU Adopting WALE Business Model?

I have a push-button for WMVU-AM 900 in Nashua, NH (their jungle pronounces
it "Nashwah") and I happened to catch a station promotional announcement
that SOUNDED like a job opening, but actually was soliciting people 
to host a talk show AND sell time.  Wasn't this the business model of
WALE-AM 990 in Providence?  And what shows on'MVU will get bounced
so some Fritz Wetherbee wannabee can have his or her own show?
