Lori Voornas headed to WJBQ

Today's Portland Press Herald reports that Lori Voornas is crossing the hall
at Citadel's Portland cluster, leaving AAA WCLZ to join Meredith Manning and
Jeff Parsons at CHR WJBQ's wakeup show.  Despite a high-profile launch (and
a failed 1999 Saga lawsuit attempting to enforce a non-compete agreement)
Voornas never came close to matching the success she found as co-host of
WMGX's highly-rated morning show.  Now that WCLZ has reverted to its
previous AAA incarnation (after trying to ape WMGX's format) her energetic
style clashes with the station's overall feel.  WCLZ morning co-host Pete
Dubuc will stay behind to anchor a more music-intensive AM presentation.
