Sounds an awful lot like some thing NOAA 'anchorman' Perfect Paul would say.

The NWS folks had 'Donna' on the air again alternating with 'Perfect Paul'
on Sunday morning. I listened in a little more closely, and I'd swear
'Donna' has a Dorchester accent, but 'she' doesn't drop 'her' R's. :-)
