Strange but true: according to both stations' CP extension filings,
WCDC-DT is expected to be on the air well before WTEN-DT makes it.
Apparently WCDC-DT is all ready to go, all they have to do is install
the equipment on Greylock.  WTEN-DT is waiting the completion of
construction on the new Capital Region Broadcasters tower in the
Helderbergs.  (Said tower will have digital TV service for 'RGB, 'TEN,
'NYT, 'MHT, and WEWB -- all UHF except WNYT-DT on channel 12 -- and
WEWB has applied to move its channel 45 analog service there as well.)
