WLVI Cancels "Boston's WB In The Morning"

   Today's Boston Herald reports that WLVI (Channel 56 Cambridge/Boston) has
cancelled it's morning newsmagazine program "Boston's WB In The Morning" due
to low ratings. This Friday (4/5) will be the last broadcast which airs from
5 to 8 AM. The Herald report indicates that some of the show's staffers will
be absorbed into the 10 O'Clock news team. However, several, including some
on-air talent will be let go. The station says they will repeat the previous
night's 10 O'Clock news at 5 AM, and fill the remaining 2 hours with as yet
unannounced syndicated programs.
