Clear Channel Suit

Apparently a NY man whose wife died in a publicity
stunt for clear channel owned WMRV-FM is suing the
sttaion and the parent company for 1.2 BILLION
dollars.  The incident happened on June 14, 2000 at a
mall in or near Binghamton, NY.  I remember seeing
somethineg about this story on Dateline NBC about a
