If you look at a pattern plot of WBPS, the principal lobe heads east
(along the axis of the towers in Ashland).  There are minor lobes off
the back side.  That's basically the only way WBPS could be
engineered, to avoid prohibited overlap with WCBS to the south and
WMVU to the north.
