XM Radio in trouble?

Anyone hear any further comment on the report in All Access
(http://www2.allaccess.com) about XM radio's auditors saying that there is
substantial doubt as to its ability to continue as a going concern.

I can't see CC walking away from this investment that easily.

Makes me feel warm and fuzzy about that radio I purchased in December!
