Colonial Sports Network

This weekend while back in Boston, I happened to be flipping around the
radio dial and locked onto WESX (1230). I heard an outfit billing themselves
as "Colonial Sports Network" broadcasting a high-school basketball game.
Apparently, WESX has brokered out its local sports coverage to Colonial
Sports.

Does anyone know how long this has been going on for or know anything about
Colonial Sports? I know WSRO had done something similar in the early and mid
1990s.

Personally, I think if a local AM station can't sell local sports
programming (which people tell me is supposed to be the easiest thing to
sell on a station like WESX) then either a.) the sales people are out to
lunch or b.) no one cares about local programming anymore.
