Construction Next to WERS and WHRB Antenna Site

I attended a performance yesterday at Emerson College's "Majestic" Theater
on Tremont St.  As I glanced across the street to the building that supports the
transmitting antennas of WERS-FM and WHRB-FM, I noticed that a new building is
going up right next door.  Steel-hoisting derricks were in place indicating
to me that the structure has not topped-out.  If this new structure is taller
than the home for 88.9 and 95.3, won't this cause problems with the coverage of 
those stations?  The new building seems to be going up between the stations'
antenna site and downtown Boston.  Does anyone visiting this site know about
Boston real estate,and could such a person elucidate on the plans of this builder?
