Sounds to me like what they've done at WRVE
Schenectady/Albany/Troy, NY. Basically they've redone
their prefab "Mix" format with "River" liners and
such, but it is basically the same thing as their
"Mix" format you can hear and many many markets around
the country. (WRVE was known as 'The River' before CC
bought them out and were actually pretty well known in
the market already, and the changes made to WRVE's
playlist by CC weren't that drastic from what they
were playng before so I guess they decided to leave
the "River" moniker intact)
