RE: Latest x-band receptions



Aren't some of the x-banders allowed to keep their old frequencies for a few
years in the "transitional' phase of the x-band?

For example, there's a 1700 allocation (yet to be used) for Rochester NH. If
and when 930 WGIP (FT Simulcast of 610 WGIR Manchester NH) fires up 1700,
you may simply hear the "AM 930 WGIP" on 1700 for a while...
