They are on the arbitron website for downloading...IF you are a paying
customer.  ;-)

Actually, they are posted on the R&R website.  www.rronline.com .  Choose
'ratings' from the navigation bar/menu.  (New ratings are usually on there
24 hours after they are released...and only 25-54).
