IMO, streaming audio can only bring more money in if they can, someday,
link streaming listeners with diaries to the numbers.  The only way it
could be worth it would be to create a subscriber base as Rush is doing
with his twenty-four-seven page which has the link and some pre-show
stuff, etc.  (I'm not a subscriber but listen to the show, on occasion.)
For a "pay per listen"  of a destination program like a sporting event,
why not just view, free or otherwise?
