At the risk of nit-picking...Canada has 6 time zones (The Newfies insist on
being difficult)

Newfoundland and Labrador are 1.5 hrs ahead of EST (One of the pockets of .5
hrs difference around the world, I believe Sri Lanka is another one, for
example)
