I Finally Got THE CALL!

Today, my dreams came true!  I was called by 
Arbitron for my valuable input!  Alas, the fact that
my son works for a radio station disqualifies me
as an accurate and unbiased source.  DARN!
A perfect opportunity to truly help broadcasters more 
accurately define their listeners and their needs has 
been dashed to smithereens on the harsh rocks of 
reality.  I am like SO crushed.

Methuen make decisions about their programming."
How many facilities have "The Town of Methuen" as 
their COL?
