Now, can you only recieve a CnD order if there is
another station in the area that is runnign the
jock... Or even if no one in the market has ever heard
of Bubba the Love Sponge(example)?  There was a guy
back home who, during the brief time he was on the
air, who used to use that name.  At that time no one
in the market had had any exposure to the famous
Bubba...
