It was Boston Concert Network.  The Concert Network was a chain of 
stations which included WHCN, Hartford, WNCN, New York, WXCN, Providence, 
and a few others, with programming which originated in Boston at WBCN.  I 
don't know what (if anything) they think the call letters stand for now, 
but I think it's really too bad that they deny their station's first ten 
years of existence by insisting that the station started in 1968.
